This privacy policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit the website, for what purposes it is processed and what rights you have. The controller under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and applicable Italian law is Ing. Lechner GmbH as stated in the legal notice.

2. Data collected
When you browse the website, technical data required to deliver it is processed (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access, pages visited). This data is generated technically with every request and is recorded by the hosting provider in server logs; no cookies are used for this. It is not combined with other data or used for profiling. When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, description of the project). To protect the contact form from abuse, we store a hashed value of your IP address together with the time of submission in order to limit overly frequent requests. The IP address cannot be derived from this value; the entries are deleted automatically after 24 hours (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Legal basis
The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract), (c) (legal obligations) and (f) (legitimate interest in secure operation).
5. Recipients
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except to processors - in particular our hosting provider Register S.p.A. (Register.it, Florence, Italy), which operates the website and email for us, and possibly IT service providers - to the competent authorities where required by law, and to our professional advisers (tax adviser, lawyer) in the course of their work.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for any pre-contractual steps; they are then deleted or anonymised. Accounting-relevant data is subject to the statutory retention periods (10 years).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Requests can be sent to info@ing-lechner.it.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you believe that the processing infringes applicable law.
Google Maps
In the contact section a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) can be loaded on request. The map is only displayed after you click «Show map». Only then is data such as your IP address transmitted to Google; Google may also set cookies and transfer data to the USA. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 9. Cookies
This website uses no cookies or tracking technologies. Details can be found in our Cookie policy.
10. Fonts and external services
This website does not load content from third-party providers. Fonts, software libraries and icons are served exclusively from our own server (ing-lechner.it). There is no connection to Google Fonts, content delivery networks (CDN) or analytics services; no personal data such as your IP address is therefore transmitted to third parties.
The contact form is sent via our web server at Register.it and not via external services.
